Starting September 14, you'll get 9 weeks of:

  • Nutrition goal-setting with a certified NASM Nutrition Coach (me!)

  • Weekly coaching calls to reset and overcome common hurdles

  • Weekly nutrition and fitness challenges

  • 20-minute virtual workouts with a certified trainer available every week, with modifications up or down in HIIT, Strength and Mobility.

    • Virtual not your favorite? Join a "watch party" with a live group to stay motivated together!

  • A supportive community to cheer you on and keep you motivated

  • Food and workout tracking for nutrition and exercise goals

  • All levels welcome. Dumbbells needed for strength workouts.

This is about our health and our goals, it's about learning to live well.

This is NOT for you if

  • You like your joints creaky like the drumline of your favorite band.

  • You need to hold on to your low-energy excuse for not handling more clients or chores.

  • You prefer the solo dance party for your health over the community one.

  • Your favorite work out is pushing the cart down the ALDI finds aisle.
